I am a religion editor, columnist, an ordained Methodist minister for thirty years, an author who has written two books, a therapist, and a lecturer who has lectured in the the United States and Canada. I received my education at universities in America and England. I am retired and would like to keep writing and making some money on the side.
I can write on a variety of subjects, mostly religion/psychology, music personalities, spirituality, and the gifts and surprises as well as the grief and chaos life often brings to us.
I am married and have two children and two grandchildren. I used to be older, but turned younger after my retirement. I have a penchant for evening wine and a well turned phrase.
I celebrate life as the gift that it is, and love my grandchildren too much. Though I live in the bible belt, I have been called an "overeducated Bible Belt liberal." Needless to say, I've had an interesting career.
